We only visited the arcade portion. It's obvious that the arcade takes a back seat to the experiences there, such as bowling and putt-putt. Arcade games were poorly taken care of with balls missing, games not fully resetting and not correctly counting points. Swiped for air hockey table and no pucks came out. It takes some of the fun away if you have to chase down employees everytime you have an issue. If you just want arcade games there are better options out there.

Fun, food, and games for the whole family. Main Event has games for more mature audiences such as pool, bowling, and the trightrope. There are also many arcade style games to choose from. They have LASERTAG!!!
Adults looking for a night cap or a few brews to enhance the evening, can swing over to the bar. Hungry? They've got pizza, chicken, burgers, and fries.
Should you find yourself in search of a venue for a party, Main Event has great party packages for reasonable prices. Event availability fills up quickly, so don't wait, call now. They're waiting...

Games are fun for the price you pay. Paid for my kids to play arcade and bowling they had a good time. When it came to being able to order food and sit down and eat I was advised I would have to sit at a high top table where my son would being sitting in a high chair a foot below the table. I asked about moving to another section and was told they didn’t have the staffing to open a table up for my wife and kids to sit and eat I was told are only option was to sit at a bar and if I wanted to have a table in that section I would have to wait until 6pm when a server came in to open it up and they said it wasn’t guaranteed that one would show. Server didn’t arrive until 6:20-6:30pm. When we finally were able to eat my daughter’s burger came out to the table and it was raw. Reported this to the server and showed her the meat was pastie pink. The server took the burger back to the kitchen where I was advised the cook refused to make the food correctly. I was advised the cook argued with my server stating the burger was cooked well done when it wasn’t. Server advised me they were going to take the item off my bill but when I received the bill the burger was still on the bill. When it comes to service I ordered a drink and was brought an empty cup and told I had to go to the other side of the bar and fill up my own drink. For a family of 4 cost me approx. 120$ for the day with bowling and arcade games I will definitely seek to go elsewhere in the future for a little more money and receive better service.

I went here with my fiance and soon to be brother in law to blow off some steam. I have nothing but positive things to say about the attractions staff and although they could’ve used more cleaning the bathrooms and facilities weren’t bad. However, I feel I have to say I wouldn’t eat from that kitchen if it were free. I work in food and his place was gross. I saw servers and staff wearing the same pair of gloves for 10-15 minutes while we played multiple games of pool. The staff wasn’t wearing head coverings in the kitchen and you could feel the cross contamination from the other side of the room.

Every time we visit this establishment is a worse experience than the last. I made a reservation online for 8 bowlers in 2 lanes for 1.5 hours. After arriving to check in, waiting in line for 10 minutes, then waiting another 10 minutes for someone to “check” on our lanes, was then told there was only one lane. Fine - 2 of us won’t bowl. When I asked about a refund since I had already paid for 8, was told to see the sales office (and delay our game even further?) or wait another indeterminant amount of time for a manager. We waited another 10 minutes to acquire shoes. Arrived at our designated lane which was clearly occupied. Get further help to remove the squatters, only to see that we were given only 1 hour instead of the 1.5 hours I paid for. It was uncomfortably crowded and overall a horrible experience for many reasons, but we made the best of it for the kids. I 100% blame management and ownership as this location is perpetually understaffed and the staff there are not trained to handle the ensuing chaos. Zero fault of the staff - they’re clearly doing the best they can. I will never patronize a Main Event again, just in principle - and will share my story with as many as I can. Why does anyone still go here??
