  employees handle money and then make sandwiches without changing gloves. out of leaf lettuce so could not have what i wanted. shredded lettuce was brown and i took it off my sandwich. this place sucks

  Quinlan did a great job! He was efficient, customer-focused, and professional. Quinlan is a great ambassador for the Jimmy John’s brand, and I hope he gets recognized!

  Horrible. I waited over an hour and a half for my delievery. I was told its been out to be delivered. I talked to a manger who had no apologies. At least I gog a refund.

  Went on my lunch break and to return food less than 10 mins bread hard . Cashier very nasty “ she hates her job vibe “didn’t want to refund me because my break was over in 5 mins due to my food not being correct! The bread they sell hard ass a brick literally. check your food before you leave their are you might break your teeth from that hard ass bread the sell! Firehouse would “NEVER”! First and last time! Negative 100 for first experience!

  Unfortunately the bread was very hard. Nice enough kids behind the counter, but keep that bread fresh.
