The employee was extremely rude and nasty when I calmly asked why the price of my drink had changed by almost a dollar from yesterday to today. There was no reason for the attitude. I also specifically asked her not to let her finger touch my cold foam, which should be a basic hygiene request, and that was handled dismissively as well. If someone doesn’t want to work with customers, they should not be in a customer-facing role. Completely distasteful experience. Will never visit that location again!
