I came in on a Sunday around 1:30PM. The line got up to about 4 people. The food was OK, but my burrito was wrapped poorly, and the employee did not offer to rewrap it, despite there being only two people behind me in line.
I was also surprised that an employee cut in line in front of me, before going on their lunch break. While on break, they loudly listened to videos on their phone, which I could hear from about 3-4 tables away. It was occasionally loud enough, I' sure you'd be able to hear it if our tables were on opposite sides of the store. I see why this location has a three star review. I'm sure it's hard on the business owner when employees just don't care.

Always running out of products..most times no iced tea, no straws, worker didn't change gloves after ringing previous customers order and taking money. Just not consistent.

Our order was accurate. We ordered on the app. We walked in and waited for our order. It was not busy at all. Workers just looked at us and kept talking among themselves. Not once did they ask if we needed help or what we were waiting for. The store was messy and many items needed restocking yet workers all seemed to be on break.
