- JRJoshua Ridgeway6 days ago1.0BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I dont even necessarily blame the young people working, they were very polite. Clearly bad management. When the what appeared to be manager is cutting up steak while watching a video on his phone; That should have been the first sign for us to leave. It now makes since why our chicken wasnt full cut up in our bowls. Trash was over flowing and there were less than 10 customer, so not even crazy busy. Again the young people working very polite to our family.

Only come back to this chipotle because of the convenient location but the service is not good. It’s worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes to another location in the area.

When you ask the employees when the order will actually be ready, they respond with irritation instead of giving clear information. This creates a very unpleasant experience for customers
