But today when I stopped in to pick up an order for lunch, I witnessed a racial incident (and this is the second time in two weeks that I have seen this happen at this particular store) but this was such an ugly thing to see that o don't think I will ever go in this store again. There is another store at Bridgewater Falls and one in Mason that I will go to instead. The problem with this store and I have noticed it since the pandemic at this store...is that they do not have a good manager who can teach these employees what is the proper job etiquette while you are on the job. It's like the Wild West when you go to this store and you never know what you will get. But I draw the lines at racial epiteths being used by staff against paying customers.
