  Terrible customer service! Actually no customer service. We just left there. No employee said a word to us while we stood at the counter waiting to order. One employee looked at us multiple times while saying nothing. We stood there for approximately 8 minutes patiently waiting while they filled drive thru orders. We left without ordering as it was clearly not the 3 employees we did see jobs to work the counter.

  Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude and nasty when I calmly asked why the price of my drink had changed by almost a dollar from yesterday to today. There was no reason for the attitude. I also specifically asked her not to let her finger touch my cold foam, which should be a basic hygiene request, and that was handled dismissively as well. If someone doesn’t want to work with customers, they should not be in a customer-facing role. Completely distasteful experience. Will never visit that location again!

  Donuts are good but there is some serious shrinkflation happening here. Never seen the donuts so small. The value is no longer here. With the price of the donuts and how small they have gotten I will be looking at local shops more

  This is probably the worst dunking in the west Chester area. Workers have the worst attitude and basically rush you through orders, my bagel was smashed as if someone sat on it or stepped on it. They are actually making me consider making my own coffee at this point.

  1st visit Crappy service Crappy cold donut Almost asked for a refund I’m so tired of getting crappy everything and bad customer service just about everywhere you go 2nd visit Drive through asked for an apple filled iced donut she suggested apple fritter I said no thanks I don’t want a fritter and give me an iced chocolate cream filled pull up to the window and see the fritter in my bag and the manager barks snaps at me that’s all we have very rudely what the heck is wrong with people if you are going to be working in customer service positions you should be nice to your customers dang is it that hard or that much easier for you to be rude
