  A frustratingly inconsistent location. Yesterday was particularly bad. The sour cream was essentially soup and was indiscernible when I got home to eat. The burrito was more like a clump. There was a slit in the tortilla and the contents were threatening to spill out. Had to eat it as a bowl. Taste was kind of bland. The chips were ok, but several of them were soggy as though not fully cooked. Like most Chipotles, the employees also don't understand the meaning of "extra sour cream". If you need to, charge $.50 for extra, but make sure extra gets more than normal.

  We arrived around 4:30 so not after a lunch rush. The wait was ridiculous. Not the employees fault, just not enough of them. One young man was doing it all. Because of understaffing, dining area tables were all dirty with smeared food, no napkins, trash can was about to topple and we had no space to throw our trash. Bathroom hallway had something nasty all over it and bathroom had no toilet paper. Whoever the manager is, something needs to be done. With only one person making food and taking money, I felt bad for him. Other employees were seen in back. Another employee finally came to help but didn’t stay up front long.

  Food portions were small. When I asked for a regular sized portion they said I had to pay double. Food assembly counter was messy, corn was in all the sauces, workers act like you’re not seen. Avoid this location. It’s worth driving the extra 10 minutes to another Chipotle for a much better experience.

  I commonly go to Chipotle to get a vegetarian burrito. I have been vegetarian for almost a decade and this is the only location that repetitively accidentally gets meat in my food....

  I was avoiding this location because of the past reviews, but this is the best Chipotle location I’ve been to in a long time! Rice was cooked, chicken was good , everything was good! The other locations either had undercooked rice, atmosphere dirty, workers are careless . Please keep up the good work at this location!
