Both my husband and I got the sampler platter. The chicken was cold, hard, and dry. The pretzel bites were dense and cold the only edible thing on the plate was sliders but the meat was too small for the patty. Seriously don't waste your time or money going here. I'd give it no stars if I could.

I was hoping for a better experience with trying this location and was disappointed with the outcome. The staff was nice and friendly, but i came to enjoy my food and feel like my money was well spent. I dont feel like that, just my opinion from the experience. This is my 3rd attempt with BWs...

Onion rings was good tho. An I got a kids meal for my son they gave him cold fries and 1 was not cooked all the way. The waitress was nice and got my son fresh fries, but everything should of been hot if not warm the 1st time around. The place had a funny smell to me as well. The waitress was nice so it was not her fault. You can see the uncooked fry in the photo in the kids meal.

She tells my husband and I that she can seat us but the kitchen and bar are closed. Why not lock the door if you don't want to serve people? I told her the website said 12am and she says well look again cause we close at 11. It was 10:54 so I understand but the way she went about it was rude in my eyes. I will probably avoid going here from now on. Rude staff
