  I came from Canada my friend took me into Tropical smoothie cafe the other day to grab a quick smoothie and food !! I have never had a better customer service experience than I did with the lovely young lady behind the counter. She was genuinely interested in what I had to say, the most engaging attitude, and the brightest spirit. She was super helpful in making my final decision, which was a Bhama Mama smoothie and buffelo chicken wrap which was super refreshing and delicious. I hope Mona gets recognized for her exemplary customer service, thank you for making my experience so incredible, I will absolutely be back soon when i come USA.

  This restaurants' staff has been extremely helpful and nice. I typically get to interact with a nice younger gentleman who is always engaging and very nice. Him and the rest of the staff always greet me with a smile and have my order ready on time. Would give more stars if possible.

  i placed my order ahead of time, so that it would be done when i got there. when i arrived there was no one around, i waited for atleast ten minutes just pacing around waiting for anyone to come out (i could hear them in the back) - it took me to yell out “excuse me” quite loudly for two employees to come out from the back. what’s more irritating is that my drink was done the entire time, but they didn’t put it in the correct place for mobile orders so I was literally waiting on them to come out of hiding. i don’t recommend coming here if you’re ordering online or on a time crunch.
