  My brother thought he was doing a kind thing by booking a reservation online for our family to celebrate my birthday this weekend, but he forgot to fill in the section for Accessibility Accommodations. Once the reservation was made and he passed on the details to me, I asked if he included a request to ensure we get a couch bay because I have issues with my lower back and legs and can't sit on stools. We tried to update this reservation online like they indicated on the confirmation email, and there's no option to write in a request. Furthermore, when I tried to call twice, the first time I was placed on hold by the virtual assistant who claimed to be transferring me to the West Chester location - I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes with no one actually picking up the phone. The second time I called, I was placed on hold again, then finally someone answered, but said the bay assignments are automated and they can't guarantee our party would get a couch bay - regardless of my physical disability and need for accessible seating. His "solution" to this issue was to either have my brother cancel the reservation and re-submit (thus incurring another charge) or show up at least 30 minutes before and we "might" get accommodated. This is completely unacceptable in 2026 for companies to not have something like this figured out for people with disabilities. And why are you offering a spot for accessibility accommodations if your practice is to not accommodate anything because everything's automated?! Topgolf, do better. I won't be coming back though.

  Manager said the 20 all you can play till 3 was actually 20 an hour not 20 till 3, which doesn’t make sense since the rate at the time is 19. Also had the waitress say the same thing in spite of other staff members agreeing with me. It’s a shame being talked down to by people who clearly know less then you let alone being improperly trained. Also wouldn’t look at the website or on app promotion. Food good tho

  Gotta say, I was not sure how I'd feel about this place. However, some friends invited us for a birthday party and what a fun afternoon we had. First of all, the weather could not have been better; our company was a ton of fun, too. But the servers were so kind and patient (it was a kids bday party) and helpful...I want to go back even though I am awful at golfing

  Top golf is a super party spot. Slam n pot those balls while sipping on some beers or some incredible cocktails along with their shareable appetizers. Great hangout spot with small or large groups. They also have meeting rooms for any gatherings or meetings. Ample parking and pretty spacious.

  We had a group of about 20 on a Thursday night and the staff was great! We got checked on constantly and our server was super helpful. She said that she was normally at the bar but was helping out because they were a bit short staffed. We would have never known. As someone who entertains groups often I was impressed by this Top Golf over others that we have been to in the past. They deserve a 6 star rating!
