  Terrible service and very disrespectful and rude manager, Daniel!!! Will never go here again! I have ordered from this location many times with no issues. Today was different. I placed an online order and had a complaint about an item. I called and spoke with the manager Daniel. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. All he did was make excuses and NOT resolve the issue. I asked for his manager and was given another store to call and told Mr Dibel would be there. I called the Blue Ash store and was told by their manager Drew, that his boss was not there. I asked for a corporate number and was told , he didn’t have one and if I could find it I could call. Rude and disrespectful from both managers. I will never order from here again!!!

  Food is okay when I ask for extra sauce.They never put it on sandwiches.Can be really dry sometimes. This is the slowest, jimmy johns.I have ever been too. I cannot even go to them on my lunch break. Because I spend more than half of my time in line. And that's only with three in line. On top of them being so slow, they have the rudest customer service at this location. Not saying anything to me in particularl, I didn't complain about anything. However, they just do not look happy and seem annoyed that i'm here.

  For a restaurant that brags about being "Freaky Fast" they are extremely slow. Placed an order and expected it to be delivered relatively quick as the store is less than 10 minutes away. However, it has now been almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls later and they said the driver is on the road and should be delivered soon. Unacceptable for an establishment who prides themselves on fast delivery.

  I visited J&J Sandwiches for the first time today, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. I explicitly mentioned to the staff member that it was my first time visiting, but they weren't very helpful with the menu. Instead of informing me that I could make my meal a combo for a better deal, I was charged separately: $3.00 for a drink and $2.50 for chips. The food quality was okay, but the value just isn't there. I ended up paying $30 for two sandwiches, a drink, and chips. For that price point, I expected much higher quality or at least better customer service. Not interested in a second visit.
