  There was a young lady her name is Autumn, she was so sweet and kind to us she is a joy! Autumn brought us smiles. Everyone was great except for this one gentleman he kept cursing, I think he was the manager because he had a different shirt than the others. I believe he was disrespectful.

  Visited this location today and I pre-ordered 2 dozen and I even had a delay with getting my order but still got it within 30 mins and when I got there the young girl was cold, no greeting or acknowledgement as she continued with her conversation with a young man then she realized that I was looking for my order and just pointed at an area then when I let her know that it was missing a dozen donuts she huffed and then proceeded to get the remainder of my order and became agitated when I asked if she will either wash her hands or wear gloves and she said it was against store policy to wear gloves, well, 2 dozen donuts I just took and threw them away because I refused to feed it to my folks at my family get together

  Me and my husband loveee Krispy Kreme, but why is it that every time we come, this branch always has a low supply of donuts and never wants to allow consumers to purchase the warm ones? We visited this location Monday a little after 7pm and ordered our usual dozen being that we travel 40 min to this store. We saw fresh donuts sitting on the conveyor belt and asked staff if we could please add 1 of the fresh ones to our dozen. The young girl that was working told us she couldn’t sell us those. (The man who ordered right before us..we watched her get him warm donuts from the donut racks by the belt). We said oh okay, that’s okay and asked if we could get another donut also by the donut racks (the same kind she grabbed for the customer before us) and she said no again. Why make warm donuts..have them sitting on the racks and belts in front us, with hardly any donuts on the shelves and not sell the fresh ones to customers? Another customer behind us asked another staff what were the store hours due to the lack of donuts. The store closed at 9pm and we were there at 7pm. Made absolutely no sense. The young girl appeared like we were bothering her. It was odd. I don’t understand what is going on with all these young teenagers and their customer service skills and manners. At least communicate why or something it made no sense.

  Horrible experience this morning!! Drive thru was closed 40 minutes after opening so I took my kids in. Then, we go in and they haven't made over half of the varieties. I can handle all of that… but the cashier was half listening. I ordered a large mocha caramel iced coffee, and she brought back a small caramel coffee. Since we already invested so much time and another family with young kids had to come inside behind us, I just left

  Not a very smooth drive thru experience. Out of most items but no sign listed saying so. Ordered a large drink was given a medium then asked to pull up to wait for the remake. Just a little too stressful with my anxiety disorder. Likely just go inside next time
