  The VOA location just opened over Christmas. The employees all looked to be brand new, which brought a lot of fresh enthusiasm. I've been there twice and my favorite employee is already Abby. She was there both times and chatted us up about what to order, how to order (I'd never been to a 7Brew before and it was a little overwhelming) and assured us they would remake anything that didn't come out right. She confirmed that most of the employees are new and are still training, including her, and feedback on the drinks only helps them learn. I loved her attitude and both of her drink suggestions!

  Honestly, I'm super disappointed I go to seven brew religiously and this is my first time at this location and they were supposed to be giving away the seven brew buddies today 1/7 and I pull up. I get my coffee and I asked the girl do I get my free buddy and she said yeah no we're not doing that till Saturday all of the signs the text message I received said it was today and today only very disappointed I would've went to my other seven brew that I go to religiously instead of this one if I knew that was the case. !!!! Mind you, they were sitting right next to the girl on the counter

  LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STAND!!! They are doing amazing for their first week open. I would like to add that the negative reviews I’ve seen were posted on their swag day. It was so busy and hectic for them that day. I drove by twice. Once on my way to work and stopped at my lunch. TRIPLE WRAP BOTH TIMES!!!! Pushed out as hard as they could and did their thing. Team was super sweet and respectful. Also Darren the stand manager was so sweet and apologized to me for my wait.

  Extremely disappointed with this 7brew West chester location. employees would skip my car including our entire lane, causing the second lane to be completely backed up. It took us over 10 minutes for an employee to even take our order when we were halfway through the line. then, took over 30 minutes just to get one drink, and unfortunately the drink order was messed up completely, adding more wait time. Employees also were not very friendly when we kindly requested our drink to be fixed when it came out wrong.

  I went to the new seven brew for the first time on New Year’s Eve around 6:30 I’ve been fairly impressed with the other seven bruise, but this one was less than ideal I waited for someone to take my order for almost 10 minutes and then waited for my drinks for almost 30. No one seemed to be doing anything. They were just talking and walking around and not many people were making drinks and then I got my drinks and they were wrong. All three of them were wrong. If I wasn’t in such a rush, I’d probably would’ve asked him to remake them, but I didn’t wanna wait another 40 minutes for drinks to be made. hoping this was just the first week experience and hope I can make it back
