  yeah service wasn’t that good the worker named Jamie was yelling and doing all sorts of things that aren’t professional especially at a packed environment. Me and my girlfriend were really pissed about her behavior and we don’t want this same energy to occur again to other customers especially to new ones. I wouldn’t wish that on my WORST ENEMY!

  This place has been always packed so I avoided it until today when the line didn't seem so long. I noticed the left hand side was moving a lot faster than the right and go figure I was on the right. So avoid the right hand side of this place if you choose to come here. I ordered a Funnel Cake Macchiato, they seem to only have 1 size and that's fine. 15 minutes to get my drink, which again is fine if this was going to be a great drink. It wasn't. There was zero espresso in this coffee. A caramel macchiato from McDonald's is better than this and it's half the price! Starbucks is better than this. Paid almost $6 for sweet milk. Never going back again. Not worth the wait or the cost! If the line wasn't so insane I would've turned and around and asked for it to be made again... This alone is a 1 star place. I gave this 2 stars because the lady who took my order and the other one that gave me my order was nice which is a 5 star for them.

  This location is consistently significantly slower than any other seven brew location I’ve been to. My experience today, there were three cars ahead of me in line when I arrived. It took 20 minutes to receive my drinks. They had no idea what drinks they were giving me, if they had even made one of my drinks, and I had to ask twice to make sure it was the correct drink, which it was not. There seems to be no organization or leadership happening within the store.

  Terrible set up!! If you pull in you can’t get out because they illegally blocked the 3rd pass thru lane to make it a 3rd drive thru lane. I parked and ordered at the window because I was in a hurry when I went to leave and pulled around there was no way to get out because they were using the exit lane. I would not recommend this location.

  Me and my amazing girlfriend started going here shortly after this location opened and oh my god it is so unorganized. They have around 10 people per shift yet the drinks take forever to get. There was one day I ordered 2 macchiatos and waited 20 mins for them, while drinks were getting handed out to people that ordered after me. There was another day where I asked for caramel drizzle and cold foam on my drink and I got neither, so I paid for stuff that I didn't get. The service is subpar at best, with one gentleman leaning onto the open window of my girlfriends car, inches away from her face, which made her extremely uncomfortable. This location really didn't live up to the hype, and I will not be coming to this location anytime soon.
