Went today and got a few drinks asked for decafe blonde drink and when I pulled up I herd the girl say to the boy I accidently made the. Drink not decafe and in return he said iam just not going to tell her so I asked him did you make the drink decafe he said yes I knew he wasn't telling me the truth. So that's why I leave this review kinda disappointing.
This location is just like the rest of them. You pay a ton of money for a drink that's rushed and not made consistent. You can order the same drink every time you go, but you don't know what it will taste like until you sip it. I tried reaching out to the main 7brew email several months ago and never received any response. So you have no real way to tell anyone that cares.

I have now left the drive through twice being the 3rd car in line and waiting over 20 minutes. Get someone from feilds ertle to re-train. They're on it.
If im gonna wait that long ill support Cavu our local shop where the coffees worth the wait.
The drinks are great every time. However Friday I purchased 2 medium drinks around 12 pm and waited 45 minutes in line. I’ve never had a poor experience but just was shocked by how long I waited. No, nobody made me wait in line- obviously I was free to get out at any time just unsure as to why it took so long, the line truly wasn’t even long. Friendly staff, everything a 10/10 but the wait time is always questionable.

I had a disappointing experience at 7 Brew Coffee. I waited approximately 20 minutes in line, which I understand can happen during busy times. However, the main issue was the lack of organization in managing the line.
During my wait, several vehicles appeared to be served out of order, with no clear system or communication from staff. This created confusion and made the experience feel unfair.
I believe with better coordination and clearer direction for customers, this could be significantly improved.
