  Almost every single time I've come here they can't seem to get my order correct and it's quite annoying. If they do get it correct there's always some other bullshit happening. I have a card for a free taco that can be redeemed online via the website, through the app, or at checkout. I had to read that to the (obviously) new employee several times. They said they don't know how to use it and they asked their manager and the manager kept saying it had to be redeemed via the taco bell app, which is incorrect because the card lists 3 separate options for redeeming it. Other than all that though the food is good as per usual at any taco bell. I'm sure the staff are overworked and underpaid, so I don't blame them for not knowing how to do things especially since the turnover rate is so high at these kinds of jobs. It's just a little disappointing every time I come there. The atmosphere and food are food though.

  On April 8th 26th I ordered six pack of tacos soft shell easy on the lettuce. All I got was me so I called them and they said to come get more well it's out of my way so no Taco Bell is no longer going to get my service cuz they have poor service I'll go to McDonald's and spend less than $10 and he get two meals for that price sorry for your luck Taco Bell you suck

  It’s Taco Bell. I don’t expect much. Placed my order through the app. This location, like many others, ignores front counter people until you use the kiosk or your phone. I had to get the restroom code upon arrival. Returned to wait on my food. Waited a while and was ignored by kitchen staff. Finally someone who was in the dining room asked me if I was waiting on my order. I gave my name. The food was sitting on the end of the line already. No indication it was ready for the 10 minutes I watched the line make drive thru orders. The food itself was mediocre. Not bad but the taco meat was lukewarm. Burrito was well made. Cheesy Gordita Crunch was ok. If the taco was full and if the cheese was a bit more it would be amazing. Overall, it’s an option if you’re hungry. If you want service, or if you’re on a 30 minute lunch break, go either through drive thru or somewhere else.
