Funnily enough there are always workers sitting in the lobby when these issues seem to arise. The one or two opportunities a month I do get to order, they're out of multiple items. I don't understand how this business makes any profit and it's really sad I have to forgo Wendy's as an option being so close to home. I recommend the McDonald's or Taco Bell in the same vicinity. A bad day at either of those restaurants equates to the best day at Wendy's. Don't waste your time or money. If you even get the chance.

All of my customizations were heard and my burger was made perfectly. The nuggets were fresh but the fries were room temp. I expected fresh fries due to the wait for the nuggets but overall I was pleased with the experience. The service was great ! I’ll be back again soon.
