    I went to get dinner through the drive thru because the online app was down. I get there and I'm told cash only. I leave to get cash from the atm. I get back order my food. 7 meals. When I get my food the first time, I missing food and the fries were extremely old. I park to go inside but the doors are already locked by 7. I go to the drive thru again. I tell them what I'm missing and about the fries. They want all my food given back to them. I knew this was odd as I know they aren't supposed to take food back. But I gave it to them. They literally took my same good reheated it told me it was new and fresh and have it back to me. I didn't know what to do so I went home so I could call. I try to pass out everything but the fries to my kids cz those were inedible. Come to find out all of the food was made wrong. And the burgers were also ice cold. I had to microwave them.... Old meat, old fries, wrong food, poor customer service... And we were watching the workers doing stuff on their phones. While checking out food. I'm very upset and can't get ahold of anyone of the phone. Last night or this morning.

    Before being negative I want to start with the good: the staff and manager were very pleasant and were trying their best to fix the multiple situations that were going on at the restaurant. It was very clear that multiple situations were going on at once. That said it's kind of nutty to be pulled up and have a ten minute wait as the only person in the drive thru. The only thing crazier was also then giving cold fries with making someone wait ten minutes lol. I immediately pulled over and came inside to get that remade because that's ridiculous to pay close to 14 dollars for a meal to get food that has been sitting in the bag cold for anywhere between 1-9 minutes (I timed how long this took because this place has been notoriously slow. to the point I avoid the place). I don't know if this is just corporate not helping a store when they're being killed or not wanting to pay for enough staff to handle a single order. Again, I want to iterate that the manager and crew working register were doing their best to put out the fires but there's no way it is acceptable to be pulling cars up for ten minutes and then also serving cold fries on a single combo meal.

    The service is always awful with low-mannered employees, while the restaurant is consistently unkempt, as well as the food always being cold or improperly handled. Look at the employees, we all know why the following issues at this restaurant are above average compared to other fast food areas.

    Would leave zero stars if it was an option. Always full of a bunch of lazy workers who get upset when you order food and they actually have to do their job. Orders are always wrong. You order 10 nuggets and get 7. You order a large fry and it’s half empty and cold. Out of all the Wendy’s locations, this is the worst one of all time

    2 weeks in a row I have placed app orders from this location, and each time it has been wrong. I placed a order on 1/28/26 for a 8:25 p.m. pick up. I had my coworker grabbed the order. I paid a side up charge for chili. My coworker checked the bag for our order and no chili. He had to get back in line, and when he told them there wasn't a chili in the order, they proceeded to tell him they are out. How any of this wasn't relayed to him at the window I have no clue. So they are obviously alright giving people short of what they ordered and paid for. I will never spend another dime at this location.
