    Asking for a tip on a pick up order. I will never order from papa John's again. It is wrong on many levels. Pay your employee papa john so we dont have too

    Ordered delivery, they didn’t have enough drivers so I a cost cutting measure they used a DoorDash driver. Though not the door dashers fault, the food arrived lukewarm as the third party drivers don’t have the heating bags like pizza companies. This is a disgusting effort to save money and should be frowned upon. Clearly not better ingredients nor better pizza

    I ordered from the Papa John’s app, and my order was sent to a completely different location! 🚫 The delivery driver called me and asked for extra money just to bring the order to my correct address! When I contacted the restaurant, they didn’t help at all — they just told me to “place a new order,” as if they don’t care about customers being scammed. Honestly, it was a very bad and unprofessional experience. I won’t be ordering again unless this issue is fixed and I’m compensated for what happened.
