Ordered frappe around 7:45 PM on app. When I arrive to the store, no workers ask what order I am waiting for and after 15 minutes of waiting and employees, passing by another person, waiting for a DoorDash spoke up, which the worker told me that I had never had an order placed yet I showed them my app. she proceeded to make my drink, but then complains to coworker at drive-through window loudly about the situation yet both parties, including were not rude nor aggressive. Ben talks about how job is stressful and how they are off in about 15 minutes. I feel like the encounter was unprofessional and uncalled for. that worker needs to revisit customer service training yet I know nothing will happen.

This location continues to disappoint. The burnt up burgers...how they pull this off when the grill is a timer is beyond stupid. To the cold fries and unprofessional employees.

Probably the worst experience ever at a McDonald's.
Arrived Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 6pm. Two cars in the drive thru, one customer inside eating, one customer ordering, ie; not busy at all.
Tried multiple times to order from kiosk before one would finally respond, however no table tents (locators) at either kiosk, so just entered table #1.
We ordered "dine in" but food was brought to table in paper bag because "they were out of trays". There were no napkins in the bag, no catsup, and we were short one drink which server said he would bring right back along with some catsup. After eating our sandwiches and still no drink or catsup, went back up to counter where the server "forgot".
No table tents, no trays, no napkins, no drink... come on, people! We can do better!

Don't go for your lunch break. I waited 20 minutes in line for a spicy chicken sandwich fries and a Sprite. I would love to tell you the quality of the food but I do not know because I do not have time to eat it. As I sat in the window I watched four vehicles received their food and leave only one so my knowledge wasn't online order. Quick service is the only reason why McDonald's exists it should not take 20 minutes in the drive-thru.
