  I come to this location a lot. Will continue to come, but I think it needs some improvement. In the morning, the drive thru is fairly quick. I have had my order made wrong a few times. Sometimes the staff is rude. Some are just talking and not paying attention to the customer. Depends what time you go and who is working. Some of the staff is nice. I am not a fan of their donuts. Every time I get one, they taste dry/stale. I rather go to Bear Creek for donuts. Overall, I'm glad we have a Dunkin' in this location - and I've really been enjoying the banana drinks!

  Raised prices and stop glazing half of the donut. The bottom half is always dry and unpleasant to eat now. The employees at this location are always friendly, however

  Best Dunkin' around!! Been to 20+ different Dunkin' locations and this one is, by far, the best. Whether they are swamped (which is most of the time) or between rushes, you can't tell the difference from their attitude, efficiency, and quality of food and beverages they produce. I drive out of my way to see the people at this location vs. going to a few other locations that are on my normal commute route.

  To the four people working the window 03/07 at 10:45am, you all need some training in customer service. The employee taking the order was rude and for whatever reason in a rush. There was not another customer in sight. If someone orders a drink and doesn’t quite order it right, just MAYBE they never ordered it before and a suggestion or explanation would be helpful. The employee at the window was too concerned with her phone that was in her face upon pulling around. The stares were uncomfortable and not needed as well. When you’re 6 years old, you look forward to the donut you’re wanting and expect it to look the way it’s supposed to. A half ass frosted pink donut wasn’t it. When I asked about it, the attitude and facials weren’t needed from any one of you. The 2 frozen hot chocolates tasted like straight water and for $10, they should’ve been made right. The refreshers I purchased were so bitter and strong. Not sure if that’s how they typically are, but would never purchase again. I’m within the community of this location and if I ever want Dunkin again, I’d definitely drive to another location before spending money here. This also wasn’t the first bad experience at this location.
