When I got there I was told it was still in the oven soI waited and waited and waited until there was nobody in the restaurant left, and I couldn’t see any pizzas in the oven. The girl behind the counter was clearly hiding from me, so I had to say it a loud tone. Excuse me is my pizza in the oven to which the manager came and from the kitchen told me if I was being rude. I could just leave. I said my pick up time for my order was 40 minutes ago… Long story short I ended up having to call the police to get a receipt for proof of refund because the manager refused to give me my order or refund the cost. Zero stars do not recommend

Needless to say, I didn’t feel comfortable serving this meal to my family. My complaint the next morning was dealt with so terribly by shift lead Daniel. He was extremely rude and dismissive.
