  Ordered and picked up a couple of steak subs Friday Night. The were supposed to be two steak subs with marinara sauce but instead they were both mushroom. The receipt also showed marinara on the big receipt stabled to the bag. It was so chaotic at pickup. There was a guy waiting for them to redo an order (he said he had been waiting forever), three more additional patrons waiting for service. There was no room inside for me to comfortly ck my order before leaving. So, I headed home 20 mins from restaurant and found out when we opened that order was wrong. Wasted 20.00

  Good was good, but order was completely wrong. What I ordered: Calzone, Sausage, Onion and Garlic What I got: Calzone Peperoni, Ham, and Banana Peppers. Won't order from here again if orders are going to be a surprise in what you get.

  A relationship was ruined tonight I have a issue with port product. I simply asked to not have any pork products it turned into a big ordeal to order a pizza. Seems like I tried to do this before about five months ago or three months ago depending This shouldn’t be an issue. I’m tired of trying to order food without pork products and getting shorted on ingredients on a deluxe pizza. It’s simple. Good luck in your management of these types of events. I ordered my pizzas during the day afternoons. Never had this issue, but I never had an issue with eating pork either. Thank you for making me feel inferior and you hung the phone up on me. Ridiculous. Should be very simple. Suggesting the mariachi chicken is pretty easy right it’s got chicken. I couldn’t eat the jalapeños. I didn’t want to get shorted on the ingredients. I’m being punished. Just order the pizza now. I don’t have a pizza again. I can drive across the United States in order these pizzas on the road, but I struggle with your location. I don’t know why over the phone.

  I ordered pizza for delivery and never got it. Every time I call the number I get disconnected when I ask to talk to someone.

  Very disappointed with the customer service and the fact that my order was never delivered. I placed an order at 1:20 PM for a 2:01 PM delivery. I called at 2:30 PM and again at 3:00 PM, only to find out the order had never even left the location. I requested a full refund, which the Donatos employee confirmed, but I still haven’t received it. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
