  They had what we wanted, the service was a bit slow due to the lunch rush hour. We needed to pull over for a bit, but the food was correct and warm.

  I began visiting the drive-thru semi-regularly and, after a while, I finally asked for the name of the kind woman who has been serving me. Valerie consistently demonstrates exceptional service and ensures that I, as a customer, receive high-quality service. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and diligence displayed by the employees at this location.

  If it was nt the only fast food place in Waynesville it d be closed. The service is absolutely horrible. I used the app and you still have to sit and wait. They had me go to the 3rd window and hand my 1/3 Of my order. I told her it was wrong so she gets my drink. I drive off and find my fries missing. Since I was at lunch, I wasted valuable time. I would of been better off with a p and j. Seriously McDonald's. Get your act together.

  i came here today for lunch with my family if 12. the peoples in the back were saying CURSE WORDS IN FRONT IF MY BABY!!! HES ONLY 14! i cannot believe this experience i’ve had:( my food was cold and it had hair in it! the whole place is dirty and the staff is just horrible. 1 STAR
