  usually this mcdonald’s is pretty good but today we just had an AWFUL experience here. we know that mcdonald’s can be busy and we were fine when waiting. once we got up to the window they asked us to pull into the parking spot where we ended up sitting for 15-20 minutes waiting on our food. just for said food to come out missing half our order. an entire 10 piece nugget meal was missing, and when we went in to get it, our receipt wasn’t even the correct one for our order. the lady at the counter was extremely rude and acted like we ruined her entire day by asking for food that we paid for. not to mention we ordered large fries and received all mediums. we also PAID for extra ranch and got none whatsoever. by the time we got our food and got home it was all cold. super duper frustrated because we just wanted something quick and easy to grab for dinner, and ended up spending an hour at mcdonald’s.

  This place has some significant process issues and the business practices wouldn't survive if there was more competition. Fortunately, this isnt the norm at all other 'fast' food options. This isnt a one time experience, this is *every* time. 1. No matter what you order, they make you pull into a parking spot where you wait 5-15 minutes for someone to bring it out. There will be 10 cars waiting in parking spots for their food. Traffic gets backed up because of how chaotic the exit area is. Certainly this isnt for the management to meet some fast time quota, is it? 2. They're rushing because they're 10 cars deep. It is rare for your order to be correct. They are rude and confused when you attempt to resolve it. 3. I am now driving to the Chillicothe McDonald's because this place is absolutely maddening LOL 4. Is it because we are a small town and customers may not know this is *not* the norm? No one would come here if this was in a larger community LOL

  I never used to have a issue but lately they done nothing but mess my orders up gave me a bad lettuce and gave me the ends of tomatoes twice and a chicken tender on my chicken sandwich one and the put some nasty sauce on it I did not order idk what’s going on then they gave me very little fries in my large not even half filled I have no idea

  Always and I mean every time I go thru I get a large fry and it’ll be a quarter of the way filled up so I will ask for the right amount and they get attitudes misery loves company and I know anytime I go thru this McDonald’s my food will be messed up and I will have to deal with someone rude that hates their job like the other day when I got a large fry and got pulled they brought it out and I told them before I got a large fry the girl comes out with a large container filled a quarter of the way after I already sent her back in bc it was messed up so I know she went in ran her mouth and thought she was funny that’s why you’ll always be at McDonald’s.. Bunch of kids that could care less and a boss that can’t control their staff. WORST McDonald’s around and that’s sayin something

  Spent 20 minutes in line for over priced fries and nuggets. Come on man!! At least provide some basic customer service.
