Poor service! I went there with coupon they took it threw it away charged me the full price and said we dont take coupons! I was really frustrated if I knew they didnt take coupons I would have never went to that location ill never go back. The Delta and Swanton locations have been so far great.

The lady’s inside were rude none of them looked like they took a shower hair was nasty and greasy asked me what sub I wanted then screamed at me and asked what cheese I’m no sandwich artist but I believe the type of sub comes before the cheese option

We just ordered two wraps and they were both prepared wrong. First one was a chicken breast wrap that I requested with bacon. Got it home guess what? No bacon. My wife ordered a breakfast wrap with egg, american cheese and mayo. Guess what? No cheese. There's no excuse for this! I even paid extra for the bacon. And they weren't even busy. It's not that hard to read a computer screen. Very disappointed.

Service was horrible. I was greeted upon entry and that was where the customer service stopped. I was asked to wait, which I did patiently and quietly. I stood there for 20 minutes, holding my coupon up the entire time, looking at the board trying to decide what I wanted to order. After waiting and waiting to be served, the one girl came up and whispered something I couldn't hear. I had to ask her to repeat herself three times and she got an attitude with me, looked down her nose and proclaimed, "We do not accept coupons. Is that okay?" I said no and walked out. You watched me stand there HOLDING MY COUPON FOR 20 MINUTES. I recommend not going there when this girl is working because her customer service is horrid and why the hell did your store send coupkns out of you don't accept them? If I could give no stars, that's what it would be.
