    When you get your food before you are even done paying tells me my food has been sitting there for a while. The chicken strips and fries were both cold and shriveled. I made them give me fresh fries but it took so long I was no longer interested. I let him know the strips were also cold also and he just shrugged said sorry and walked away. Last chance for Arby’s in general. They have gone downhill fast.

    I got the 7.99 meal with chicken sandwich , Diet Coke, one 2 piece mozzarella sticks , one peach cobbler roll and I ordered one 2 piece potato cakes but received one crappy curly fries . It even said the potato cakes on the receipt . Next time I will check the order before leaving.
