Over 50% of the time something is missing from our orders. WHY? Why should we have to drive back home and discover this? Why do WE have to call the Manager and explain it to her again? Big deal, she gives us the food item free next time for mentioning this, that we already paid for? I blame management. The employees are not correctly trained and not docked for screwing up customer orders. Not having enough people to work is no longer an acceptable excuse. Covid has been over for years. Waterville and the surrounding area deserves much better.

Also, Taco Bell needs to stop asking customers to donate to their employees' college fund. I think they need a better business model, or maybe the CEO/owner needs to step up and pay for it for their employees.
