  I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I was ignored while others were served before me, even though I had been waiting longer. I waited a long time and never received any service. The way I was treated felt unfair and discriminatory, and it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

  I don’t go to Panera often, so I don’t really know the menu, I had two orders, so I knew what I was ordering for the first. Angela, asked me for my order, I proceeded to tell her the first order, then asked for a minute for the next, she proceeded to lean her arm, make a huffing sound and roll her eyes as she waited for me to place my order. Never smiled, not at all acting like she wanted to be there helping anyone. I proceeded to watch her as she took other orders and she had the same flat, unfriendly attitude as she helped them. You didn’t win a returning customer today, nor would I recommend this particular place to friends or family.

  The new caprese sandwich is awesome. I hope it becomes a permanent menu item. This location is nice. Always clean. Quick on and out.

  Usually I go to the Austin landing Panera next to my job. They are amazing. I went to this location tonight because I was watching my elderly grandmother. I get my grandma to try new food when I watch her since she has the same thing every day, so I convinced her to try the tomato soup bread bowl and a grilled cheese. I usually get the spicy fiesta chicken sandwich. I order, the woman who took my money was nice and asked what sides I wanted. The other blonde haired woman with nails didn’t say a word as she quickly handed me my food and didn't even look our way. Even my elderly grandmother had commented on it, but whatever we had our food and are on the way home. But when we came back home, I realized they gave my grandma a cup of tomato soup instead of the bread bowl. I got her grilled cheese as a side. She said it was cold, so I tried it and it tasted like it had been sitting. I got her the kid version since she doesn’t eat a lot. I think they didn’t care since it would be “for a kid”. My sandwich bread wasn’t baked and just tasted like soft uncooked bread, and the peppers were all on one corner falling off by the time I opened it. Usually I wouldn’t care for most drive thru places, but Panera in general is very expensive. As well as I probably wouldn’t have left a serious review if they hadn’t gotten my grandmas order wrong. Overall, I don’t see myself coming back here. I love the Austin landing location though I have never had them get an order wrong or cold.
