Why limit the make it a meal option to only little burgers? You're already overpriced, so gouging customers seemed reasonable?
Hard pass.

Nothing like paying $65 for 3 cold burgers, 1 fry and 3 drinks. Was asked about our meal and I informed the lady my sandwich was cold, bun fresh out of fridge was my guess, grilled onions was probably next to the buns. Cheese was not melted at all, once again cold food. Fries were room temperature at best. The lady only said "oh", then walked away. Not only was food a huge disappointment but service was nonexistent. Will not return, waste of time and money.

Service was wonderful. From the young man who took my order to the wonderful workers who prepared my food. And can't forget the amazing shake. Everything was delicious!!

I had placed 2 separate online orders, one for a burger and the other one for fries. I found out when I got here that I had accidentally ordered it at a different location which was a bummer. So I stood in line to order the fries here and the guy that gave me my first order saw me and said they would just give me the fries for free. I thought that was very nice of him as he didn’t have to do that for me but it was greatly appreciated! Thank you for making my day :)

I could not be more impressed with Carmelo and his team — the food was fresh, hot, and portions were generous. The value of what I paid vs the food I received was excellent. Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and overall it was an extremely enjoyable experience! We will be back!
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
