Their use of extra virgin olive oil in all they’re cooking combined with the wood fired grill make Carraba’s different from any other Italian restaurant and quite frankly we love it. Wish they’d bring the mussels back though (cozze bianco) Best muscles I’ve ever had in my life and I miss going to get a bottle of wine and a bowl of those. Also their Veal Piccata is excellent and the best I’ve ever had but it’s now an app only special which is weird, but they’ll still do it, so no complaints. Best chain restaurant in existence, 5 stars! But BRING THE MUSSELS BACK! Love you guys!
