  Andrew was amazing! He was very attentive, made wonderful menu suggestions and overall made it a marvelous dining experience. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and we both dinners. I'd like to add that Andrew was very kind and patient with us because we had a gift card that had more steps than usual to activate - thank you Andrew for your patience and help! Definitely a 5 star night:)

  We can’t say enough wonderful things about Nataley C!! Carrabba’s Italian Grill should be thanking this young lady DAILY. She is truly an AMAZING asset to your establishment. We first came in last Saturday and had Nataley as our server for the first time, and we were so impressed. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made our experience so enjoyable that we left talking about how great she was. We came in again today and unfortunately had a different server whose service was, to put it nicely, mediocre. She took our order and then completely disappeared. The only time we saw her was when she was chatting with a friend at the bar. Someone else ended up bringing out our appetizer, and we never received bread, our drinks came without straws, and overall it just felt like we had been forgotten. At one point we spotted Nataley on the other side of the restaurant and asked if there was any chance she could take over our table. Even though she was clearly busy with another task, she graciously said yes and immediately helped us. She got us everything we needed right away and turned our whole experience around. What truly amazed us is that she even remembered our preferences from LAST WEEK! Seriously—who does that? That level of attentiveness and care shows how much she truly goes above and beyond for her guests. Nataley is the kind of employee every restaurant hopes to have. She is professional, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in giving customers a great experience. All we can say is this woman deserves a raise and all the appreciation—seriously! From now on, we will absolutely be requesting Nataley every time we visit. 😊

  Had dinner with the grandkids here and everyone enjoyed it. I got a steak, it was cooked to the temp I ordered and it was tender. Both kids ordered spaghetti and they absolutely loved it. Service was a tad bit lacking, didn't get one refill offered during the hour we were there. I finally asked for one after I was done eating. Atmosphere was fine, but kids living the food is the winner for me.

  I live nearby and enjoy this restaurant as a nice evening out with family. The food is always good and the atmosphere is never too loud for conversation or too quiet to make it weird. The staff is always nice,helpful, and accommodating. The promotional menu always has a good selection and is worth a try.

  Where do I start...The entire operation is a world class run operation. I have never seen a restaurant run so flawlessly, from beginning to end. I mean honestly, if I could I would leave a 6 star review. The leadership team is second to none. Megan, Yanushska are both quick, efficient and pleasant. Manager Thomas, I honestly feel like he has come from a fine dining background, he was incredibly wise, smart, and just a real joy to interact with. Cody the proprietor, I can honestly say I have never seen another that works as hard at keeping such a fine tune establishment, I can only imagine how hard he works to do exactly just that. I have to say tho as impressive as everything and everyone was, server Chad was the star attraction. I have never in my life encountered such an amazing server. He is is the definition of a professional. He is knowledgeable, caring, entertaining, I could go on and on about him. he gets "it". And by the looks of the countless other amazing Google reviews he has, I am not surprised to be writing another one about him. Bravo to the entire staff and operation at Carrabba's in Dayton, OH. If you get a chance to experience them, I can't recommend it enough, and definitely ask for Chad!
