  Service sucked took forever phone not in service when called messed my order do not recommend I had one simple request no mayo on my sandwich. Completely swimming in mayonnaise. Apparently the staff isn’t competent enough to understand one simple request

  An online order was placed (by someone who was 35min away) and I stopped to pick it up. Check # 58058. The app did not allow check in so I went to the kiosk to check in at 4:54PM on 4/7. I was told that the food would be out after it was completed. Assumed they were busy as I've had this kind of wait before. I finally decided to hit the red button again to check on the food and let them know I had been waiting for 30min. They asked if I had checked in at the kiosk, yes, and someone promptly brought out the food and drinks. I asked about the check in process and they told me that the person was supposed to go in the app to check in, although I had come to the kiosk to check in. The app would not allow check in as it was too far away. The food was still warm but the drinks were melted (mango peach refresher, berry citrus refresher and powerade mountain berry blast) and were made with sparkling water! They were not ordered with sparkling water. They were so bad they were poured out. One of the all american bacon triple sandwiches ordered was supposed to come with bacon, it didn't. Everything else was fine. Thankfully we didn't pay full price!

  Unfortunately this fast food restaurant is the same as the rest in this town. Poor and wanting, the service is almost nonexistent, it took 10 minutes to receive my order which consisted of a double cheeseburger. I would have to say that a wait that long would be rewarded with fresh food, but unfortunately that is not the case. I am not understanding how I received a cold sandwich with a long wait and they wasn't even busy.

  just went through the drive through. snobby little girl had the rudest attitude and tone with me while ordering, taking our payment, and giving us our shakes. this type of attitude is so disgusting and unnecessary, coming from someone who has worked in customer service for years. brats like that should not have a job in the costumer service industry. she was short and snappy. snatched my boyfriend's card from his hand, gave us our shakes and just shut the window. rude as hell.
