  The many times I go it’s always good while sometimes you aren’t the luckiest person once last week I got food from here and it was around 5pm and the food was nice but care for the food was poor!

  I have 24 years of fast food industry so I'm confident with the review I'm going to leave here! The employee who took my order through the drive thru tonight was bubbly, nice voice and she helped me save a little bit of money, Lord knows buying food is so expensive these days so I appreciated that she helped me. I explained to her that I wanted to purchase 2 patties of hamburger for my dogs at home and I needed 2 more patties for my husband's Big Mac. So I paid a $1.50 (4 patties extra), I only live 3 minutes away from McDonald's, so my food should have been (at least) lukewarm!! Nope, not even close to lukewarm! My husband and I don't have a problem using the microwave to warm up our food, but I basically had to rebuild my husband's Big Mac and I must have thrown out a head of lettuce WOW! And to beat all hell, I only received 2 patties so I was able to make sure my husband had his Big Mac the way he likes them and give my fur babies extra treats since I was shorted the other 2 patties!! I think this is the second time of my life I made a video of a fast food sandwich!! 😂 No extra Big Mac sauce on the side, was impossible for me to fix for my husband! Men can be very funny about their food! 😂 So basically cold food, missing food & missing extra B.M. (on the side). I mean we're not building rockets at fast food establishments!! I should have known after 8:00 it's not a good idea to go to any fast food establishment, because of majority of the individuals working nights at any fast food establishment, our kids in high school and most of those "kids" really don't take their job seriously and definitely do not pay attention! 😂 animal Jordan of those kidsa simple easy job if you pay attention to what you are doing!! Well I thought I saved the short video of the food I received last night, but I'm guessing I didn't push the saved button! 🤣 See, even I make mistakes but we are all human beings and the accountability should be taken seriously, even if it only a small amount of money!! I am definitely sending this information through an email to whomever owns the McDonald's in Washington Courthouse!! The very least, I should receive an apology and maybe a gift card so I would return to this local fast food establishment

  The food is mediocre at best, food is poorly put together. Most of the time food is old and inedible. Orders in drive thru are incorrect for larger orders. For the price of a meal, this place is definitely not recommended. Only time to get anything here is during lunch and dinner times.

  We walked into the restaurant and ordered on one of the McDonald’s kiosk machines. There was no wait and our food came out within a few minutes. The food was great and we are very happy with our experience. I recommend this location.
