Per Grace, after I paid my bill, they forgot to make the cheezy bread sticks. 7 minutes turned into 30 minutes. My pizza was cold (she didn't keep it warm while I waited). While I was there, Grace and her co-worker kept wiping their hands on their pants. No gloves were worn at all. When I asked her about my bread sticks she just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. The prep and kitchen area was filthy and disappointing, especially after knowing a remodel took place several months prior. Not a proud moment, I told Grace I would take my cold pizza and she could stick those bread sticks where the sun doesn't shine (in worse words). I apologize for those words but I was so disappointed. Even worse, when I left, another lady was still waiting whom was there before me.
