  The worst attitude I’ve ever encountered trying to order at a Qdoba, charged an extra $4.50 for a side of sour cream and vinnigrette but if we ordered online those sides were no extra cost, everytime she scooped food she would basically throw it in the bowl and miss with half of it then acted like it was such an inconvenience when we asked for more. When she put our bowls on a bag she handed it to me with them both on their side and sauce spilled out. Lastly, I had to reach around the counter to get my receipt because she just walked away and when I looked at it, we were charged for a large chips and guac that we did not order. That’s when she went in to tell me the sour cream and vinnegrette costs $4.50 and asked if I “really need $1 back on my card or just something that equals $1” Horrible experience. We will not be coming back to this location

  Probably the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Have never had qdoba and wanted to try it for the first time but will not be returning to this location. Food area was so messy, i don't even want to eat my bowl because other ingredients from area were falling off into my bowl and it was just a mess. Workers were less than friendly and charged the me the incorrect amount, not a big deal but just seemed to be not paying attention the whole time. Out of many items, wouldn't have gone there if i would've known it would be like this.

  Ignore the bad reviews. This place is way better than chiplote, cleaner too, and the service was anazing. The new guy Alan was amazing, guiding us on our first day here. Very friendly and honest and it felt like a home like experience. I appreciate coming to a food establishment that cares to listen and expresses patience

  I've observed some concerning practices at this newly opened restaurant. Staff were handling steak with their bare hands, walking to the back, entering the refrigerator, returning, and attempting to use the same gloves to handle more food. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed glove changes weren't necessary. I disagree with their approach and refuse to purchase a meal there.

  This was My Second time, Trying to give them a Chance. This time was even Worse. ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT SICK AFTER EATING OUR FOOD. None of the Staff wears Hair Nets, The Atmosphere Was not Clean some of the staff was rude and the ones who was Not, It was Alot of horse playing going on. Very Unprofessional!! Qdoba Use to Be one of my Most Favorite Places, So Once I seen it make a Come Back I was Excited. If this Location doesn't get it together. They Will not last Long!
