Today, I needed a last-minute order, and Caden truly went above and beyond to make it happen. They were incredibly accommodating, efficient, and made what felt impossible come together seamlessly. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what we needed. Exceptional service like this is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I went in to order dinner and the lines are out the door at 7:00PM, I literally had to wait for a chick salad sandwich to be made for over 30 minutes after placing my order at the register while the staff joked around with each other moving slow with no sense of urgency to get customers out. When food was done for those who decided to dine in, I noticed how sloppy the food was being made and thrown on the trays which is unacceptable. I noticed multiple staff members being unsanitary with the gloves rubbing their noses picking up trash off the floor and touching their clothing while making customer orders which can cross contaminate customer food. This location has gone down bad and as a long term rewards member I am very disappointed in the service I received tonight.
