  I went into this location- and it was empty- employees were standing on both sides of the counter- they all were acting weird- like something happened b4 I arrived- I went straight down the options of my order-when I got to the middle- perhaps- everyone in the back came out the kitchen even people supposedly off work- going home- looking just as weird with the workers on the customer side of the counter- when I got to the last option the server looked really weird- and just walked away- while the cashier was looking and smiling extra weird- I thought the server was going to get an option I wanted- she didnt- that option I thought she went to get- was very low- she used the ones that were still low in the container- every since my legs have gotten excessive cramps- I'm getting hot flashes- like crazy- I had a headache really really really bad and urinating- - now I know these symptoms didn't start until the very 10 minutes of eating my choice of food from here- I had bottle water- and the person whom i was with- ate something else- I saved the other half- cause it was just weird- my opinion only- it's like I had a radiation shock or something- like that why the gurl walked away- it was just weird as what- I can't express how weird- I feel since going to the location across the street from the college on Richmond road

  Upon entry, one of the young ladies greeted us warmly and was very welcoming. However, the music was unnecessarily loud, which took away from the overall atmosphere. The second employee initially greeted us pleasantly, but while preparing our food, she dropped a lime shrimp on the counter. She paused briefly, then placed it into the bowl she was preparing for our order. Before we could address it, she did discard the bowl, which was the correct decision. However, this should have been done immediately, without first placing the contaminated shrimp into the order. Afterward, her demeanor changed noticeably, and she displayed unnecessary attitude when it became clear we were dissatisfied with how our food was handled. We were then told it would take 15 minutes to prepare more shrimp before we could reorder, despite the restaurant not being close to closing and not appearing busy. Due to this experience, we will not be returning. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected for expecting proper food handling and professionalism. How staff respond to mistakes reflects directly on management and hiring standards. While some may overlook certain things, customers should never be met with disdain for expecting basic cleanliness and respectful service.

  I was excited for this location to open. So I went in to order a build your own nacho. I asked for the Citrus lime shrimp as my protein. As the server was placing the shrimp on my nachos, one feel on the counter. She PICKED UP the shrimp and PLACED it on my nachos!!!! Like why would you do that? Why wouldn't you throw it away? Then she got upset that I said something about it.

  I recently went in when I noticed the Qdoba was in a convenient spot. When I went in, I saw it was kinda chaotic but I proceeded with my order and it started off ok, then then the person walked away in the middle of prepping my order and I didn’t know why or what was going on. The other staff noticed and tried to help and they were kind to try to complete my order because they saw me just standing there. I appreciate the other employees being helpful, but I won’t be returning to an establishment where some customers can be treated well, while others aren’t. It was disappointing.

  First time at this location my server name was Lexi she was professional great customer service the only thing I can say about my visit was when I came in the the worker's was super loud and one of the workers was standing behind the counter eating rice out of her hand then she goes to the back and comes back eating chips then starting making a doordash order and didn't even change her gloves
