  I would give zero if google allowed it. I had sent my husband to pick up my order. He came home without my coffee. He told me they did not give him my coffee. He said they handed him a bag and that was it. I call.. she catches an attitude with me immediately. Implies my husband lied. Told me that there is no coffee for me there that they gave it to him. I replied with “well if you gave it to him then he’d be standing here with my coffee” she keeps repeating that he took the coffee. I finally snap and demand a refund. Her response?! “Ok hold on i have to make sure the coffee is still here to issue the refund” 🤯 im just in shock at that point. She returns to the phone and says “the coffee is sitting here i can issue you the refund” At this point, it’s very clear that she was just looking for trouble. We called a week later from that incident and she said that she issued it to the company, but they would have to send me my money back. It has been over two weeks now And I still did not receive that refund. A few bucks doesn’t really matter to me, but the way she treated me was just ridiculous and uncalled for. Y’all need to do better because this is just unacceptable.

  Went there for lunch placed my order, I decided to go to the restroom while I waited. By the time I came out of the restroom the food was on the counter. I picked up my order and went to my car, by the time I reached the car and opened the bag my food was freezing cold. I went back inside to ask for it to be replaced the manage Natalie snapped at me saying of course it's cold you went outside and refused to remake my order. I then asked for a refund she declined and threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. I didn't want to go through all that hassle on my lunch break. BUT WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN PANERA AGAIN.

  I ordered a avocado chicken sandwich and someone put to much salt on top of my bread so I took it back to the counter to let them know I didn’t want it and can they please make me another one it was wayyyyyy to much salt. The manger Natalie snatched my food out my hand and was very rude to me saying that’s how it’s supposed to be prepared. I told her it’s not because I eat at independence and they make it fresh and delicious with no salt matter of fact they ask if you want salt which she should do for now on….. I was to afraid to take my sandwich after how she acted and ask for my money back she continued to argue back and forth with me and said she can give me a gift card. She threw it on the counter and walked away I will never be returning there again. Hopefully no one else will go there either.

  Worst cafe I have ever been too …Horrible experience spoke with the general manager Natalie & she was so rude and unprofessional to customers & also her staff I over heard her continuously yelling at them. Also My order was incorrect once I received it missing several items. I dined in with my family the dining room was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Food was cold we waited over a hour and a half. A bug was in my macaroni as well when I approached the counter to fix the problem it was numerous nets by the coolers where food is placed and all over the walls. Visited the bathroom while we waited was beyond nasty tissue everywhere urine on the seats and floor …the lists goes on this place needs to be shut down
