So not only did I have to waste my time waiting for a mistake that wasn’t mine, but I was also expected to eat cold food and pay full price for it. That’s not customer service — that’s disrespect. Five Guys charges premium prices, but this location clearly doesn’t care about basic quality or customer experience. Corporate needs to pay attention, because customers shouldn’t have to beg for hot fries at a burger place. Not only that but the TASTE was far below expectation.
