The first time the regular coffee I was told was horrible. The first time I also ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. Do you know the sandwich looked old. We tried to get our money back from door dash nothing. The second time we tried it again same thing but this time the coffee was cold I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted. Do you know that bagel was not edible it was too hard and they barely had any cream cheese on it. We let door dash know...Nothing again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This is our first time in Cleveland. If this was in Illinois this would be UNACCEPTABLE...Never Again.

I believe this food was made when I ordered it (30 minutes prior to it being picked up) instead of waiting until DoorDasher was closer so that food would be warm when it was delivered. Also, my drink was not sealed, so could not trust that it had not been drank from prior to arriving to me. Absolutely gross!

They make my drinks accurate and consistent every time…which is the hardest thing to achieve with coffee places. I also Love how this location has baskin Robbins. Super yum!
