  Thus location always has issues out of the food they serve to not even helping customers coming in. Walked in there were 3people there and they refused to do line service saying could only do online orders makes no sense. So poorly run.

  We were at this location 12/20/25 around 2:15 and an employee with a blessed tattoo on his neck served us. He was kind of rude which is fine I guess but then he was trying to argue with us on the meat portioning (even though we asked for double meat) and then tried to scam us on getting a little extra cheese (note, not an extra side of cheese but just some extra on the burrito). He said that’s an extra charge and we were like no it’s not. Then he told the cashier as she was ringing us out, and he gave her a look like “charge these people extra.” He also gave us a dirty look for no reason. We weren’t being rude we were just trying to order chipotle. The food quality was great once we got it but that employee did not need to be rude and try to overcharge us.

  Every time I come to this location the doors are always locked both doors at that. It’s. 11:53 and I just left after watching several people pull the door and it’s locked. It’s cold as hell outside. The workers are rude and have poor customer service. I only com to this location because I work in the same plaza. I work in customer service and know that’s not how you treat customers

  What the actual hell? Walk in there and there are 4 employees with zero care in the world. After waiting 20 minutes in line with 3 people in front of me the whole time, I ordered. Asked for Carne Asada and he literally gave me SEVEN slices of the meat. I looked down at it and realized it looked like it came out of someones toilet it was so old. I asked if they would swap it for new meat, instead they were screaming “there aint no more meat”. So then I asked for chicken, they threw attitude and threw away the original bowl. No sour cream, barely any cheese, lettuce, and salsa left. No red chimichurri either. The manager then was screaming that they are only taking online orders now after the last lady walked into the building. Manager also complained that her employees were serving “too much” meat when it was a normal sized portion at ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE. SO unprofessional. Fire the manager, she’s honestly terrible.

  Send a bad reviews is not something that I normally do but in this case this was the worst I have ever had from a Chipotle I should not have to travel all the way on the west side when there is a Chipotle in my neighborhood that I should be able to go to and get the items that I'm asking for for my food with all the items that were missing from the line or Buffet counter or however you want to word it that restaurant should have been closed there was a 15 minute wait for Rice so he started giving people brown rice he was rushing folks in the line there were kids quote unquote workers playing around not doing no work not assistant not being proactive not helping if there was a manager on staff he or she is horrible at having structure and management during a shift and if it was the general manager or manager of the restaurant that's even worse there was no guacamole no queso no chimichurri which is the new feature for the Chipotles no carne asada there was no fajita veggies no vinaigrette it was enough tomato in my bowl to where I could actually count how many pieces of tomato same with the corn I can count every dang on corn kernel the service was terrible the line was not properly cleaned this is terrible I was at a Chipotle in New Philadelphia got way better service way better atmosphere way better quality of food at this point I should have went to Subway and if I had been a person that was picking up my food out of left it there I have never had such a lackluster quality of a Chipotle Bowl ever since they've been opening and been in Northeast Ohio this is bad for business and for the area and for the restaurant I seen the pictures where was two workers at the same time sitting down eating lunch and it actually look like it was three if you are treat people better maybe they'll come in to work or want to work there this Chipotle is an embarrassment to all other Chipotles next time I'll take that ride to the west side to go get my food at least then I know it'll be better and I get better quality I ended up throwing that ball in the garbage all in workers in there ought to be ashamed do they sells
