My pickup order was over 45 minutes late as I stood in the store and waited there for my group order (which was ordered over 24 hours in advance). My order was for a work presentation at a large insurance office and the incompetence at this location delayed our entire meeting and forced us to cut our time short on a meeting that had been planned for months. Meanwhile they were so discombobulated on the few catering orders that they had to turn away all incoming customers, during the lunch rush. I will not be ordering from this location again unless there are some serious changes to management and/or staff.
- WWWayneNov 9, 20251.0I went on my lunch break having only 30 minutes to get my lunch spent 10 minutes in the line waiting for them to get chicken and rice after the chicken and rice was ready the server who was a guy that had a tattoo on his neck took office gloves went in the lobby and tried to get a girl's phone number and left the customers we had to wait for him to get his Mack on for us to place our order after already waiting more than 10 minutes just for the food alone to be ready most ignorant and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen in my life will never go back here and we'll make sure to tell all my friends and relatives to stay far from this place and chipotle if this is how they conduct business

I sent an email and they said “ I'm sorry this resolution was disappointing. While we cannot provide the resolution you're requesting, I want to reassure you that I have shared your feedback with Customer Care management regarding your experience. I understand that this resolution is not satisfying. We consider this matter closed and will be ending this interaction. Have a wonderful day.” Do not eat here. Location is not well kept. Let their stock sink into the ground. Edit: Chipotle commented saying to reach out to customer service and don’t be fooled. See the screenshot where that was done prior to this posting.
