  As soon as we got there the host was very friendly & set things up for our large group without any issue. When we finally got our server I was so amazed by her sunny personality, patience, and welcoming attitude. I believe her name was Sara! And she was absolutely wonderful. The food was also excellent as well (:

  I wanna write my whole experience at this restaurant but it’s far to long basically the servers suck terrible attitudes no sense of urgency not happy to be at work doing a job only they filled out the app to work there for ! It wasn’t busy on dining side still took 10 mins before we were greeted and sat at a table . Both servers 3 thumbs down and I still tipped because of the food was ok I ask for Thai Curry end up getting Carrbean jerk that sound nowhere near alike I will not be returning my experience was horrible

  When we walked in the waiter instantly said she didn’t wanna take our table ( family of 8) we waited but once he did come he handled everything….. the kids wings was beyond hot the sauce they used on all our food was the hottest burned my face …. It was a hair in one of our food trays … They dropped off soda and disappeared!! I had to wave someone down for the check . First and last time at this location

  Poor attitude culture—from top management down to the staff. My husband and I dined at Buffalo Wild Wings (Store #3696, 262 Harvard Rd) on 11/13/25, and the experience was unacceptable. Our server, Janae, approached our table with clear disinterest and negative body language. When I later spoke with Manager Gerald about being charged extra for simply asking for more sauce on our very dry wings, he approached with no greeting, no smile, and responded in a rude, dismissive tone before walking away. Before posting this review, on 12/9/25 I called the restaurant and briefly spoke with GM Rick. Unfortunately, his dry and unprofessional tone matched what we experienced in person. This leads me to believe the poor attitude is cultural—from top management down to the staff.
