I promptly contacted the manager via phone. During our conversation, I informed him of my concerns. However, he placed me on hold without prior notice. When I was eventually reconnected, he informed me that there was nothing he could do to resolve the issue. Regrettably, he did not even attempt to rectify the situation.
- TFTaniesha FittenFeb 12, 20262.0I came in on superbowl Sunday to enjoy wings and watch the game. I sat at the bar and within 10 minutes of being there a fight broke out amongst 2 employees. The bartender(Andy) broke the fight up got injured in the process and was back to business as usual. His attitude never changed he was still attentive and very nice. A manager never came out to apologize for the fight or anything. Andy was great tho. However the food took forever to come out,and I get it. They were back there dealing with 2 disgruntled employees and the police but when it came out it was horrible. Overcooked and Luke warm. I took my L on the food and continued to have a cool(under the circumstances) evening. Shoutout to Andy!!!

When she was able to finish with the phone order she apologized and assisted us. There was a bit of a wait for the food and when we got home the wings were dry. We spent $40.00 on wings and fries. Not good. We were disappointed this visit.
