- GBGreg BenedettoApr 9, 20181.0Online hours posted as 24 hrs. Sign on the door says closed at 10 pm. The attendants had locked the door when we arrived at 9:30, lights on, open sign still lit. They would not serve us! Maybe they didn't like something about us, 2 Caucasian women and 1 Caucasian man? Or was it that they were just too lazy to let us in and serve us a whole half hour hour before closing time. Totally unprofessional. Better ice cream can be bought at so many nearby places. Avoid Baskin Robbins!!!!!!!!! Co to East Coast Custard, Mitchells, anywhere but here.

When I said they forgot the hot fudge ,she replied we don't have any. I said, well If you had said that when I ordered it I would have said never mind. Then she said well you didn't pay for it it is included with the sundae. 5.99 and I didn't pay for it? When I asked for my money back she said I had to see a manager tomorrow . oh you bet I will ms. Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
