  First, the food was fresh and Delicious....But...They ran out of Lettuce, Green Sauce, Red Sauce, Steak.... so I couldn't get the meal I wanted the way I wanted, and they offered No discounts or free items when they have Run out of Items Advertised! And the Staff were pretty Nonshalot about it as if it happens all the time. That was very disappointing and Not good business practice. The place was nice inside, but could have been Cleaner. Tables not cleaned off, doors, floors could use care of cleaning a few times in a shift. I understand they were short staffed, as I felt for the young man cooking! He walked up to let us know that he was trying to get fresh meat up but it takes time to cook. There was a significant line and online orders. Even still the Staff could have been a little more understanding of the customers who were paying and waiting. The Cashier made me Feel as though she was one step from loosing it as I asked questions. It's up in the air for me! But to be fair I will revisit to see if that was just a one off, but for a first time Customer at this location it is a solid C for now.

  This one was a little rough. They didn't have a few of the regular toppings, service was slow at 4pm even though it wasn't very busy. The employees were nice and courteous for the most part. Tables were dirty, napkins were out and the floors had debris all over. However you rate Chipotle, this is at the bottom of them.

  I’m giving this Chipotle location 5 stars mostly because of Betty, who was the manager on duty when I visited. She went out of her way to introduce herself, ask how my food was, and accommodate me. Great hospitality! Betty definitely deserves a raise! 😊 Also, my food was very good and fresh, I was served quickly, and the other staff members were nice too.

  Just came to pick up my online order inside , girl at the register had a major attitude that I came inside to pick up my order Instead of waiting in the non moving drive thru . The app said my order was ready the girl said it wasn’t when my order time was 630 and it was 640 when I got there . I had to go the work and told them to cancel the order which they said they don’t know how . I haven’t been to a chipotle in a year because of bad service and now I’ll be back to not going .

  Absolutely horrible experience. Food was dry as can be, nothing was available including the steak and rice. There were no tortilla shells for hard tacos available, including the employees being totally rude and the manager being upset that there was no ice and we had to ask for ice from the back. She said hold up when asked for ice. Absolutely unprofessional and worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. Line counter was filthy and the tables were absolutely filthier. Understaffed and the one man working the line was the only employee working with urgency and trying to help. Would never go back to this location ever again
