Staff were acting like actual children, dancing and singing and doing everything but making the orders for me or the cars behind me. I ordered a large but they made the wrong size and I'm 99% sure they just poured it into a large cup and added more milk to make it look like a large because there was like 2 or 3 inches of just milk at the bottom of the cup. It also took them over 10 minutes to do this which seems excessive for a single milkshake.. Bring Anthony back, he did very good running this place! Made sure orders went out quickly and they were correct.

We knew that all of the flavors would not be there, but I, being lactose free, expected at least 1 non dairy option but when we got there, we found that there were none. After trying the ice cream, we discovered that it tasted like milk, nothing else. The only person who was working was rude and impatient. Overall, a bad experience.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
