  Don't stop a lot. Maybe 2 times a month. Really like the crew. Never have to wait. Food is always good.

  They asked me to come in to get my food. Which is not why I went through the drive thru. Then they didn't give me no sauce.

  Was greeted by a robot today at the drive through. Waited a few minutes to see if it would run through dialogue and get an employees attention. No such luck, so I went inside. Waited for an employee amongst several self service kiosks and was greeted relatively quickly by an employee who was nice enough to enter my order on one of said kiosks instead of behind the counter where a register should be. Food was mediocre, but I expect that. What I dont expect is suddenly being robbed of every once typical social interaction. Maybe placing and order, getting a price and exchanging routine customer service dialogue isnt deep conversation but it matters. In short, take your automation and shove it.
