  I hope the foods good because I made an online order and I’m still sitting here waiting for it as we speak don’t take online orders is you can’t prioritize them !? You have child working here and people coming to eat and get FAST food on there lunch break get your employees together I’m tired of crap service

  Young blonde boy works there.. always is my sandwich maker.. most kind & respectful young employee i’ve encountered in a long time. Keep it up kiddo your kindness will get you a LONG way in this world.

  My visit to Subway was disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the associate seemed to be in a bad mood and even let out a loud sigh, which didn’t feel welcoming. The lobby also needed attention, as several tables were dirty with dried ranch and crumbs. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I try to be patient and respectful when ordering. I asked for my veggies two at a time to keep things simple. When I requested onions, I was told there were none, even though there were clearly some in the pan. While they may not have been ideal, the situation could have been explained better. Instead, when the onions were added, it felt excessive and intentional. The same happened when I asked for salt and pepper—it was applied with a very heavy hand, to the point where it came across as more than just a simple mistake. I truly hope the associate was just having a rough day, as we all do. However, the overall interaction felt uncomfortable and left a negative impression.

  My husband stopped on his way home from work to pick up a couple of subs as a treat, because we rarely eat out. When he got home and took his sandwich out of the wrapper, the bread was rock hard and the surface of the bread was flaking away in big flakes. It was very clearly old, and could’ve been better used to make stuffing because the spread was way more than day old. I called the store and the employee ask if we would like to bring it back in and have it remade. I indicated that we would do that, and he is on his way to that subway store in Champion Ohio right now. What I want to know is who is going to pay the round-trip $12 Miles in gas that has to be wasted? Maybe they will offer him a cookie for his troubles 10/10 Do not recommend

  Went to Subway on Mahogany Ave Champion Ohio was going to get three subs for dinner. They had no ham, no meatballs, no onions, no spinach, on Italian dressing That place sucks I could not order a sub for my wife because they did have any thing she likes Guy behind the counter said they don’t get two shipments of food any more because they can’t go over budget
