- JGJoy Greer-MedleyMar 3, 20261.0Pizza cost $25.00. The toppings were very sparse and some were missing altogether. To make matters worse, they gave the order to Door Dash who left it ON THE GROUND in front of my front door. No ringing the doorbell, ignored my instructions for placing it in my hand. TERRIBLE. No one answered the phone when I called to get my tip removed.I have given this store 5 years of business. NEVER AGAIN.

After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called in to check on it and no one answered. I then had to drive to the store myself, only to be told my order was delivered to the wrong address. They remade my food, but when I finally got home, one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I ordered a supreme and received something entirely different. Between the delivery mistake, lack of communication, and incorrect remake, this was unacceptable. There needs to be better attention to detail and customer service to prevent situations like this!
