  Every time I go there. My order is wrong. I tried again today. And again the order is wrong. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits no cheese. Got cheese on them. Ordered 2 plain sausage McMuffin no cheese. Got cheese on them. The owners need to step up and get there employees trained again. This is unreal. I'm not the only person this happens to. The orders are wrong all the time. This is the worst McDonald's in Warren Ohio, and Trumbull County. I'm going to Parkman Rd. From now on. I always get the right order. Step up owners. Worst McDonald's around.

  I am disabled I was babysitting my four grandchildren I ordered four Happy meals off doordash when it got delivered they sent one called doordash they sent the order again so when the order came the second time for the three Happy meals I only received three drinks and three toys so I had to order it again the third time and actually came right except none of the drinks came with straws I called several times nobody answered I just couldn't believe that it took that many times to get 4 happy meals. A very crazy experience

  Worse McDonald’s ever you ask for one item and they give you something you ain’t ask for. Food always cold they always undersize my drinks when I do delivery

  4 of us stood inside waiting for 15 mins to order and nobody bothered, or should I say had the ability to waddle over to ask if we needed anything. One person looked and did nothing. They were 8 feet away and because we were not in the drive-thru, we didn't matter. Went to my drive thu and waited even longer but the line didn't move. Had to leave due to time wasted. If you have two or three hours to waste, then this is your McDonald's! Never wasting another minute in this location. Wasn't looking for special treatment, just looking to be acknowledged that we were in the building trying to buy food.
