I asked her if I could ask why because the doordash screen showed me it should be ready in 3 minutes, she turned & snapped at me; because we're busy. After that she advised me she was not letting me pick up the customers order & that she would give it to another dasher. I called the customer to advise them I was unable to pick up their order & why, the lady asked to speak to the customer. She advised them I snapped at her, which I did not; that's not in my nature, it's not who I am. She did advised the customer that her food would be hot and fresh and that she will give it to another Dasher. Worst experience I've ever had going into a business to pick up my doordash customers order.
