    Great experience! Love the employees here, super nice and respectful always! Never had an issue. Food is always correct, freaky and fast. Love you guys!

    The manager is going to singlehandedly put this place out of buisness! TERRIBLE customer service! I always order the Hunters club because it has double meat. Opened it up and it Literally had 2 pieces of roast beef on it. Showed the manager and she was rude right from the get go saying "i doubt it doesn't have double meat" looks and shrugs and starts adding meat to it. I hand the other sandwich because i ordered the Giant. And told her nevermind. I would like a refund. She asks me why? I said i changed my mind and no longer want it. She continues hounding me asking over and over why do i want a refund. I had enough at this point and said i don't need to explain myself to her, just give me my money back. At this point i had enough and pulled out my phone and began recording her. She begins laughing and smiling and says. "Oh i love this game" and pulls out her phone and begins recording me. I said, just give me my money back for the 6th time. She finally gives me a refund and has the audacity to tell me. I remember your face, we are no longer serving you! Because they messed up my order and i wanted a refund. Whoever owns this location. If you want to stay in buisness. You need to fire this girl immediately. She is going to kill you're buisness. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and have a degree in Hospitality and management. I would NEVER talk to a customer this way or react this way because i screwed up their order. Its insanity.

    The food was prepared and served to perfection. The staff was so polite and respectful. The staff was also very helpful in giving my party and I information about the portion sizes and were very effective at servicing customers in the store and in the drive thru at the same time. The atmosphere was amazing. The happiness of the staff reflected in their professionalism and was felt throughout the interaction. The intriguing signs around the inside of the building complimented the feel of the restaurant. All in all I would and will totally recommend to friends, family, and strangers alike.

    I have never had a bad experience at this establishment. The workers got done with my sandwich so fast and it was absolutely amazing. Additionally, they asked me if everything that comes with the sandwich is alright which already got my respect as a picky eater. Overall, a 10/10 experience!!!!! Will be coming back again and again.
