  This Dunkin does just fine with the products, but they fail with the customer experience. It's drive thru only, so they do not have to deal with in- store customers at all. The problem is that the management does not require their personnel to be courteous to customers when they are speaking to them via the drive thru system. What do I mean? I get to the ordering spot and the order taker cuts off the pre-recorded greeting and all I get is, "Order when ready." That's it. No "Welcome to Dunkin," no "Good morning," no courtesy, no politeness. If management isn't going to require their employees to be friendly and courteous to paying customers, then they could at least let them play the canned greeting that is supposed to play when a customer pulls up to order. I can't tell you how off-putting this lack of courtesy is to me. I have options, and I choose to spend my money at a place that expects their employees to be polite to customers.

  Never actually been to a Dunkin’ Donuts surprisingly but i had one of their donuts at work today and decided I wanted another. Spent $7 on two donuts and some “bagel bites” and all of it was inedible. Maybe it’s the time of day (around 7pm) or the location but won’t make that mistake again. Literally every fast food place once you pass hot dog shoppe, on this side of town, sucks. I forgot. The donuts taste and smell like what you would think the workers homes smell like. So they’ve been sitting there all day and not in a covered container, clearly. The stuffed bagels taste and smell like chemicals and weren’t toasted. Waste of time and money how do you hand someone a disgusting donut from a literal donut place? How do you mess that up? Only on the west side of warren. The young man in the window was a good worker, good service.

  Wonderful, modern and rustic atmosphere. Uniquely spacious, multi level which gives the vibe a contemporary edge. The food is rustic, and what I call "fusion food" because it fuses different cultural delicacies and gives them a modern twist.

  I never ever post bad reviews but this has to be an exception. I ordered Doordash from this Dunkin as the Dunkin I usually go to was closed. It was a simple order. I get it and only my drink is in the bag, none of the food I ordered. I work food service too so I can understand missing an item or 2 but basically the whole order? Not to mention the drink I did get was so gross it was basically undrinkable, like swamp water. So thank you for taking my money and giving me literally nothing in return!
