Not sure if you are aware but you guys work in customer service… you have to fake a smile or a pleasant tone in your voice whether you’re having a good day or not. The fact that you guys literally throw orders out the window and don’t say bye have a good day, thank you, etc is crazy. You guys make mistakes CONSTANTLY and never once say “I’m sorry”. Like no one’s perfect, I get it. I work in customer service too.. but the attitude to customers is not necessary. Being nice goes a long way.
